SA scored 232/8 after batting first, and then skittled out SL for 113 in just 23.2 overs. SA got off to a good start with Pretorius and Stolk adding 63 for the first wicket. But SL fought back with regular wickets and had SA in trouble at 133/6. But Norton came to the rescue with a vital 41, and got some support from the lower middle order.
