What a comeback by Bumrah! After missing out on Test cricket for 18 months, he returned with a bang in South Africa, picking up 10 wickets in two Tests, including a six-wicket haul in Cape Town. He continued his superb form against England, taking another six-wicket haul in the second Test and four wickets in the first Test. He has been unstoppable with his pace, accuracy, and reverse swing.

Bumrah has now become the No.1 Test bowler in the world, the first Indian fast bowler to achieve this feat. He joins the elite club of Indian spinners who have topped the Test bowling rankings: Ashwin, Jad,eja, and Bedi. Bumrah is truly a legend in the making.
