On September 6th, Gleb Kostarev, the Business Head for Eastern Europe and Russia at Binance, announced his departure from Binance on Facebook. Kostarev stated in his announcement that it was his last day at Binance after working there for an extended period. He mentioned that he was resigning from his position as Vice President responsible for Eastern Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Turkey, Australia, and New Zealand. He also mentioned that he had resigned from his position in the Asia-Pacific region a few months ago. Furthermore, Vladimir Smerkis, the Director for Binance in Russia and the CIS region, also announced his departure on Facebook shortly after.
