In life, we often find ourselves caught in a familiar cycle: giving and feeling weary. This sensation is like slowly sinking into a grayness that makes it hard to breathe. I've experienced moments like these, where I unknowingly gave too much and started feeling increasingly tired and disenchanted.

Often, in new environments, I'm filled with passion and drive for life, constantly immersing myself and striving toward goals. However, as time passes, I start feeling exhausted and helpless. Whether it's work, relationships, or social interactions, every day feels like an exhausting battle, leaving me drained.

In such situations, I couldn't help but wonder: should I escape this environment? Should I seek a new way out and break free from this restraint? However, when I truly faced this question, I realized that escaping isn't the solution.

Escaping only complicates the problem, rather than solving it. I began to realize that only by bravely facing the problem can I truly find a solution. I learned to adjust my mindset, seeking inner balance and peace. I started prioritizing my physical and mental health, giving myself adequate rest and relaxation.

Slowly, I discovered that as long as I maintain a positive mindset and courageously confront everything in life, I can overcome difficulties and find my own happiness.
