Time flies, and with the end of the Champions League final, this season's European leagues have officially come to a close. To watch and bet on the mainstream European leagues again, we’ll have to wait for two months. Our Real Madrid has successfully been crowned the Champions League champion once again, making it their fifteenth time winning this title. They dominate Europe, surpassing the combined number of titles held by AC Milan and Bayern Munich, the second and third most successful clubs. The true king of the Champions League needs no further elaboration.

At the start of the season, Real Madrid lacked a top-class striker, and as the season progressed, the team's injuries became worrisome. For example, key goalkeeper Courtois only returned at the end of the season, and center-back Alaba was injured for most of the season. At the beginning of the season, everyone thought this would be a transitional year for Real Madrid, and winning the La Liga title would be considered a success. The Champions League title was beyond anyone's expectations. Yet, this team pleasantly surprised us. Although they didn't dominate the league, they regained their advantage after the winter break and secured the La Liga title early. In the Champions League, Real Madrid played smoothly, with the real highlight being the quarter-final against Manchester City. Most people favored City, given their formidable form, and even I thought Real Madrid's Champions League journey might end there. As the defending champions, City seemed much stronger than Real Madrid. However, Real Madrid remained steady and successfully eliminated the world's top team at the Etihad. Then, against Bayern, Real Madrid's strategic genius shone through, leaving the German giants empty-handed this season. The final against Borussia Dortmund was perhaps the easiest match among many, though Dortmund posed significant threats in the first half. If Lewandowski were still at Dortmund, they might have been the champions. Fortunately, Real Madrid secured the victory in their most familiar way, winning their fifteenth Champions League trophy.

Real Madrid's success is attributed to the unity of the players. Joining Real Madrid is the quickest path to winning the Champions League. Real Madrid lives for the Champions League. Even veterans like Modric, Kroos, Carvajal, and Nacho, with five Champions League titles each, fought as hard as rookies. Not to mention the young players like Bellingham, Vinicius, and Rodrygo. Currently, the team’s dressing room atmosphere is the best it's been in years. Without a single superstar, everyone helps and encourages each other, continuously striving for the same goal.

This achievement is also credited to coach Ancelotti. As the top coach in Europe, Ancelotti has won five Champions League titles in his career and achieved full victories in the five major leagues. His experience and steady hand were crucial. When Real Madrid was under pressure, he remained calm, guiding the team to play at their own pace. By stabilizing the defense and pushing forward in the second half, Real Madrid often turned games around. Under Ancelotti's guidance, Real Madrid has learned to stay calm under pressure and even mount comebacks from losing positions. This season, his tactical decisions were spot on, enabling them to eliminate City and turn the tide against Bayern. Ancelotti utilizes every available resource without complaint. With Kroos leaving and Mbappé joining next season, I believe Ancelotti will arrange the lineup appropriately.

The foundation of Real Madrid's triumph lies with President Florentino Pérez. During his first term, his star-studded policy brought in revenue but not success, leading to his departure. However, Florentino adapted his strategy upon his return, focusing on both star power and achievements. In 2014, Real Madrid soared again, winning four Champions League titles in five years, five in eight, and six in eleven. Florentino laid the foundation for Real Madrid's path to glory. Comparing Real Madrid to Barcelona highlights Florentino’s brilliance. Real Madrid not only achieves success but also maintains substantial financial resources. Crucially, the team’s salaries are balanced, with no excessively high wages, ensuring sustainable development. Real Madrid has and can only have one true leader – Florentino Pérez.

With this legendary season concluded, let's look forward to the next one. Real Madrid is now aiming for their sixteenth Champions League title.

If Mbappé joins next season and Real Madrid doesn't win any titles, it would be quite awkward for him....!
