A series of consecutive bets is called a 'cable,' and some players say, 'Betting on the cable guarantees victory.' The typical betting method for a cable is that if you lose the first time, you double your bet the second time, and if you lose again, you double it again the third time, continuing until you win. However, there is no unbreakable cable, and as soon as the cable breaks, you can incur significant losses. In addition, there are limits on the amount you can bet for each bet in a casino (denoted as DC), which is a measure to protect the casino's interests. After calculations and analysis, it has been determined that to maintain an unbroken cable, you need to bet at least 10 times to meet the standard and ensure a win. However, betting 10 times exceeds the betting limit, so betting on a cable often faces contradictions.
In reality, there is no unbroken cable, which means that every cable will eventually break. Trying to keep it unbroken is basically impossible. So, betting on the cable usually results in losses. For example, if you bet on the banker for $100 the first time and lose, you then bet $200 on the banker the second time, $400 the third time, and $800 if you lose again the fourth time. If your luck is really bad and you lose the fifth time, you'll bet $1600. When you continuously lose on this streak, you have to break the cable, and by that point, you would have already lost $4100. This shows that using the cable method for long-term gambling is a losing proposition, and it's not unusual for a streak of three consecutive losses to occur.
I've experimented a few times and statistically found that the average length of a cable is about 4 times. Each shoe of cards can be used 2-3 times for the five-type cable, 1-2 times for the six-type cable, and only once for the seven-type cable or higher. Based on these numbers, betting on the five-type cable appears to be more feasible than other cable methods. Even though it's not seen often, once it appears, it can yield a good profit. Betting on this type of cable requires a lot of patience and confidence that it will occur. If you've already lost in the first half of a shoe, don't get discouraged. As long as you encounter the five-type cable once, you can recover your losses and even make a profit. |
