People, at times, rush forward so eagerly that they forget slowing down might allow them to see more beautiful scenery. The daily hustle and bustle, one day after another, make us overlook the beauty happening around us. In today's fast-paced modern life, we unconsciously change, becoming less talkative, learning to be silent, not bothering to explain, and silently self-healing. We start preferring solitude. As we age, it's natural to reach this point, perhaps these changes are the result of our growth.

With the passage of time, we constantly face challenges and troubles, learning self-preservation. In this ever-changing world, our minds need time to calm and heal. That's why we choose silence, seeking inner tranquility. In silence, we contemplate the meaning of life and examine our inner world. Silence allows us to independently confront problems, find solutions through thinking and introspection. So sometimes, silence resolves everything. Not explaining is a way of avoiding saying too much. Those who understand will naturally comprehend, and those who don't understand, explaining too much would be just sophistry. Not explaining sometimes becomes a form of enjoyment. I wonder if anyone can relate? Today, I talked about this because of my insights from life. We can only let time heal us gradually, grow slowly, find joy in life, and the forum is a good place.

It's necessary to explain when needed because after all, others aren't mind-readers, right?

They say silence is golden; not every situation requires a voice. Maintaining silence is also a form of virtue.

Sometimes it is indeed so, silence doesn't necessarily mean being wrong.

Learning to find a little joy in our busy lives, as you mentioned, is important. Just like you said, by addressing immediate issues (busyness), we can better tackle challenges (finding our own small pleasures). Not explaining or saying too much also stems from the fact that modern life brings immense stress and limited energy. We don't want to exhaust ourselves on unimportant matters. So, those who understand will naturally get it, and those who don't, explaining may be futile. It's a concept rooted in prioritizing efficiency in our era.

This is definitely not true enjoyment, because enjoyment involves experiencing happiness and freedom.
