"I used to say I wanted to change the habit of staying up late because it was affecting my health. However, it seems that my perfectionism always makes things go wrong. Initially, I did manage to stop staying up late, and I went to bed early for several days in a row. But later on, I don't know what happened. Procrastination started to kick in, and I found myself staying up late again, which left me feeling quite frustrated.
Today, I've thought it through again, and I must break this bad habit of staying up late, or my health will really suffer." |
