To better explain the rule of riding the trend in baccarat, below is an example for players:
First, as a reference, the expected card appearance rate in a shoe of cards: (8 decks) 16 singles, 8 doubles, 4 triples, 1 four-card run, 1 five-card run, 1 six-card run or more.
Then, let's assume the following conditions occur in baccarat:
1. The first bet on Player (P) is 0 units, and if Banker (B) wins, continue to bet on B for the next 23 hands, and if P wins, continue to bet on P for the next 23 hands. Afterward, every 3 hands form one betting cycle.
2. Suppose the first three hands are B-B-B, then bet on B-B-B on the 4th to 6th hands.
3. If the first three hands are B-P-B, then bet on P-B-P; if it's P-B-P, then bet on B-P-B.
4. If the first four hands are P-B-B-P, then bet on P-B-B; if it's B-P-P-B, then bet on B-P-P; but if the first four hands are B-B-P-P, then bet on B-B-P; if it's P-P-B-B, then bet on P-P-B.
5. If the first three hands are B-B-B, bet on B, if B continues, bet on B-B; if P follows, bet on P-P; if the first three hands are P-P-P, bet on P, if P continues, bet on P-P; if B follows, bet on B-B.
6. If the first six hands show an irregular pattern, then the next three hands are completely reversed, with the exception of long streaks. For example, if the pattern is B-P-P-B-P-P, change to betting based on the 1st and 7th hands with a gap in between.
In fact, there are many other rules in baccarat, and riding the trend is just one of them. To fully understand baccarat, you should delve into other rules, accumulate experience in real games, and become a successful baccarat player. |
