Yesterday, I spent the whole day out, and just last week, I was talking about how a reasonable vacation is the key to improving work efficiency. But after just a weekend of rest, today I'm in a state of laziness, and my work efficiency is extremely low. The reason is that I went to bed very late last night; I only slept for two hours before getting up to prepare for work. As a result, I've been procrastinating all day, and I had to push myself to complete a workload that should have taken half a day. Fortunately, I didn't have too much work to do today.
So, even on holidays, it's important not to overindulge, especially for someone of my age. The damage caused by staying up late is indeed much greater than when I was younger. When I was in my twenties, I was still in school, and I never thought about the harm of staying up late to my body. Even if I stayed up late and only slept for three hours, I would still have enough energy to face a new day the next day. But now, at the age of 30, I can clearly feel that my body can no longer handle staying up late. It's really uncomfortable.
In the past, I never thought about the decline in my physical condition. But now I can truly feel it. Indeed, no one can withstand the ravages of time and age. To all the veterans on the forum, take good care of your health. Good health is the most valuable asset. |
