The debate of "who is the greatest" in the NBA has never reached a conclusion. Stephen Curry, who has changed the playing style of the modern league, is also considered one of the greatest point guards in NBA history. Today, a current NBA star is willing to cast his vote for Curry, as Trae Young, the star player of the Atlanta Hawks, has stated that Curry is the greatest point guard in NBA history.
In an interview, Trae Young revealed that he trained with Curry during the summer and didn't hesitate to praise him as the greatest point guard. He said, "He should be the greatest point guard in NBA history, so you should try to learn from him and get as much as you can from someone like him."
Young also pointed out that Curry is a star who is generous with his guidance, always ready to provide advice when you have questions or concerns.
He disclosed that their training together involved a lot of running from the corners, simulating how to adjust their breathing and overcome adversity while playing in a physically and mentally exhausting condition.
Last season, Trae Young delivered star-level statistics for the Atlanta Hawks with 26.2 points and 10.2 assists per game. However, his field goal percentage and three-point shooting percentage were only 43.0% and 33.5%, respectively, marking career lows in both categories. |
