The weather has turned cooler, so take good care of yourself. Getting sick is truly uncomfortable.
I didn't expect this illness to last so long, and until now, it still hasn't improved. Worried about potential hidden bacteria, I specifically went to the clinic, but the result was just a diagnosis of a common cold. They advised me to rest more and take medication to recover.
The last time I had such a prolonged illness seems like it was a long time ago. With the weather turning cooler recently, I want to remind my friends to take good care of their health. Don't neglect your well-being like I did, waiting until you get sick before paying attention is too late. On top of catching a cold, I've also lost my sense of taste, which is especially tough for a foodie like me.
Usually, I enjoy thinking about what food to eat each day, but since losing my sense of taste these past few days, eating seems meaningless. Everything tastes bland, and with the limited options for sick-friendly foods, I've been consuming things just to fill my stomach. It's genuinely uncomfortable, so my friends, remember to take care of your health. Whether it's a major or minor illness, the one who ultimately suffers is yourself. |
