IOTA has established a $100 million foundation in Abu Dhabi. According to a tweet from IOTA, this is the first foundation related to Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and regulated by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), which will accelerate the development of DLT in the Middle East. The IOTA Foundation will inject over $100 million worth of IOTA tokens as a seed fund to support and expedite the development of the IOTA ecosystem.

Dominik Schiener, co-founder of IOTA, revealed to Reuters that IOTA will begin to involve asset tokenization, including land and building ownership, which can exist on the blockchain in the form of digital tokens.

IOTA saw a significant single-day surge on the 29th, rising by 69.4% from $0.17 to a peak of $0.28 and settling at $0.24 before the deadline.

The single-day increase is relatively significant, isn't it?
