December 13th News: Today, the Lakers lost 125-127 to the Mavericks on the road. After the game, Lakers forward LeBron James was interviewed.
Speaking about watching his eldest son Bronny's college debut on the rest day, James said, "You all saw it in the post I made. That means everything to my family. It was an emotional and exhausting day from the moment we all woke up until the final buzzer of the game. I don't think anyone cared about the outcome. As I said in my post, the most important thing is that the kid stood tall at the end of the game, and that, in itself, is a blessing, it's a victory. He has already won in life, and everything else at the moment is a pleasant surprise. We were there just to support him. Witnessing that moment meant everything, witnessing the first person in our family, in the James gang, to step onto a college campus and onto the college court. That's cool."
In this game, James played for 40 minutes, made 14 of 27 shots, scored 33 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, dished out 9 assists, made 3 steals, and blocked 1 shot. |
