Alongside former women's team captain Lyn Larsen, former Australian cricketer Michael Hussey was inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame. Over the course of his nine-year career, Hussey amassed over 12,000 runs. He would go on to play 79 Tests, 185 ODIs, and 38 T20Is for Australia. Hussey, who debuted for Australia in Test cricket at the age of thirty, averaged fifty and scored more than nineteen centuries.
