The pair put on the greatest partnership for any wicket in a Twenty20 International for India, scoring 190 runs in just 95 balls. Rinku Singh accelerated in the most vicious way to score his second T20I fifty, finishing on 69 not out off just 39 deliveries with the help of six sixes and two fours. Rohit reached a significant personal milestone by hitting his fifth T20I century, becoming the player with the most T20I centuries. Sharma stumbled.
