Sri Lanka's ICC U-19 World Cup 2024 campaign will get underway against the West Indies in their first Super Six match. In the three group stage matches that the Asian team has played in South Africa so far, they have won two of them. They beat Zimbabwe by a score of 39 runs to start their U-19 World Cup campaign, and they defeated Namibia by a score of 77 runs. They suffered a six-wicket defeat to Australia in their third match. Sri Lanka was kept low in that game with 208 runs. Ryan Hicks scored an undefeated 77 runs in just 104 balls during the second half to give the Australians the victory. Now, as they proceed, Sri Lanka will be hoping to get back to winning ways.
