Former English captain Alastair Cook blames Bazball for Joe Root’s downfall

Hi, cricket fans. I just listened to an interesting analysis by Cook on TNT Sports. He said that Root is having a tough time due to Bazball approach in the IND vs ENG Test series. He said that Root is not able to find the right balance between attacking and defending due to Bazball. Bazball is a style of playing Test cricket with a high strike rate, which is followed by Stokes and McCullum. But Root is not suited for this style, as he is a patient batsman in Tests. Cook said that Root is finding it hard to adjust to the pace of the Bazzball. He said that Root tried to bat faster in the 2nd Test, but it was not his natural game.
