Discrimination is something that makes people uncomfortable, even fearful. Everyone surely dislikes discrimination, but the scariest form of discrimination in reality is those who discriminate against others without even realizing it. This is the true horror, and to some extent, we all have unconsciously discriminated against others without realizing it.

Firstly, we need to understand what discrimination is. It's having biases and treating someone unfairly based on factors like their race, gender, or religion. It's pretty unfair, right? But the scariest part is that some people don't even realize they're discriminating against others. It's like they're wearing colored glasses that distort their view of the world.

Imagine being treated unfairly because of your race or gender, while the person doing it is unaware. It's like falling into a trap, but the owner of the trap doesn't even know what they've set. It feels really terrible. Why do some people discriminate against others without being aware of it? It's because everyone receives different education, and the environment around them is also different. From a young age, everyone is taught to think a certain way, considering it to be natural. So, there are inherent biases, and I once unintentionally discriminated against a lady because of these biases, being unaware of my male identity at that time, so it's really hard to avoid.

What can we do about it? Firstly, we need to be self-aware. We need to reflect on our words and actions to see if there's any suspicion of discrimination. Don't be afraid, admitting mistakes is not embarrassing; it's the beginning of growth. Secondly, we need to courageously point out discrimination. When we see someone treating others unfairly, we shouldn't stay silent; we should speak up and tell them it's wrong. Lastly, we need to educate others. Sometimes, people aren't doing it intentionally; they may be ignorant, and they need us to patiently explain and educate them about respect and equality.

In conclusion, discrimination is scary, especially when it's unconscious. But we can change everything through our efforts, mutual understanding, and respect.

There's no avoiding it. As long as there are humans, endless problems will continue to arise.

Humans are inherently unequal beings, and there will always be those who feel superior to others.
