According to official reports, web3 browser developer Opera has introduced the web3 payment wallet MiniPay based on the Celo network. This wallet is integrated into Opera's Android browser, Opera Mini. MiniPay aims to attract millions of mobile users in Africa to utilize web3 technology, starting with Nigeria and expanding to the Kenyan, Ghanaian, and South African markets in the coming months.
