With Sri Lanka entering the Asia Cup finals, did they really deserve a spot in the finals of the Asia Cup?

Yes. They have been a consistent side. Apart from India, they have beaten all the other sides fair and square. Therefore, I don't see a reason why they shouldn’t have featured in the finals versus India.
