Pakistan lost the all-important Super-4 match against a determined Lankan team. Do you think Pakistan lost it because of not playing their key bowlers?

Definitely. By not playing Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf, who are nursing injuries, Pakistan had to solely rely on Shaheen Afridi and the inexperienced duo of Md. Wasim and Zaman Khan. This didn’t work out in their favor and Sri Lanka managed to beat them clean.

Pakistan missed the cue vs. Sri Lanka with Rauf and Shah not playing in the all-important knockout match against the Lankans. This allowed the opponents to chase down 252 in 42 overs (adjusted to DLS score) and win.

Indeed. If you play a knockout match without the services of two experienced and in-form bowlers, there is no way you would get a positive result out of a knockout match.
