In a recent match between Nepal & Mongolia, an age-old cricket record by broken by the Nepali batter.

Dipendra Singh Airee scored his 50* in just 9 balls, making the fastest fifty of all time. Singh broke the record of another Singh, Yuvraj Singh of India who scored his fifty in 12 balls in the 2007 inaugural T20 World Cup.

In this match, the Nepal team scored a record 314 runs which is the highest score for a T20 game ever. Mongolia was just able to score 41 runs and Nepal won by a historic gap of 273 runs.
