Is there anyone in India who doesn't like Cricket?

“India is a cricketing nation” This is a common phrase that’s widely documented and celebrated across the country. However, the question many have asked over the years is, is there anyone in India who detests the game? Lets us find out:

I am a cricket fan. I have seen a few guys in different places badmouthing the game. They have their reasons and cite internal politics and the board is responsible for taking away their interests from the game. Especially, with the coach and management’s attitude to play with an unsettled team and prioritize T20 over other traditional formats. Thus, I can conclude, some people don't like cricket, not because of the game, but for varying reasons.

I am not a big fan of the game. I feel the game gets all the spotlight while sports such as football, hockey, and other events in India don't get relevant recognition. Even the fans and sometimes the government doesn't seem to care about other sports but cricket.

I have not seen anyone particularly hating the game. There are fanboys of a particular cricketer who consider him bigger than the game. Apart from this, I am yet to encounter a “hater” of sorts.
