R Ashwin has given credit to Rohit Sharma for his World Cup comeback

Ravichandran Ashwin, the spinning wizard of team India has been selected in the ODI World Cup squad after the injury to Axar Patel. Ashwin has credited Rohit Sharma who was in contact with him every day and took him in the team. What are your views on this and do you think that a few players make decisions for the whole team?

This is a great tactic by the Indian Captain, Rohit Sharma. Ashwin is truly a spin carnage and doesn’t need help from the pitch to take wickets. His expertise is enough to let the ball shatter the wickets.

Axar Patel is really a good all-rounder. Apart from his consistent line and length, his hitting ability made him a true asset for the lower order in the Indian team. But I believe Ashwin’s experience will help India a lot.

Ashwin was continuously playing in the Tamil Nadu Premier League where he was taking continuous wickets. He is an experienced player who played in the 2011 and 2015 World Cup. It is really nice of Rohit Sharma to let him in the team.
