The first warm-up game between India and England has been abandoned due to persistent rains. Even a ball wasn’t bowled in this match. Isn’t there any means by which we can make rain doesn’t spoil the games?

Today’s game was really important for both of the teams. While England was looking to `play their players after a 38-hour-long journey… India was trying to play all its 15 players in the game. But the rains ruined everything.

Because cricket is an outdoor sport, we cannot do anything for the rains spoiling the matches. All we can do is play the games when there is no rain probability. But that also just is a probability and anyone can't be sure.

There is no permanent solution to this problem. The only thing that can be done is to not play major tournaments like the World Cup in a country where it will not rain during the tournament months.
