Coinbase Receives Major Payment Institution License at Singapore

On October 2nd, Coinbase announced that Coinbase Singapore has been granted a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Coinbase will develop and launch products tailored for the Singaporean market and initiate training and recruitment programs at its Singapore Technology Hub.
