I have seen a lot about Pi Network but why it has not started listing on publicly traded exchanges? Is it waiting for another bull run or has its project failed?

It seems so because a lot of days after its conception and launch, it is still not available on major crypto exchanges like Binance. All of this points either towards a failure or the inability to develop a reliable crypto.

No, the Pi network does not seem to have failed yet. The current market conditions saw a lot of projects struggle to survive. Top cryptos like Cardano are losing customers very rapidly. It is foolish to launch in such bad markets when the tide is turned against you.

It does not look like Pi Network has failed. It has over 100 million users out of which 50 million are active users who use it on a regular basis. This seems very far from failure. The reason for not listing maybe regulatory reasons as several crypto ETFs, exchanges are facing trouble from regulatory actions.
