"Anchorage Digital has partnered with the crypto SMA platform, Eaglebrook Advisors, enabling financial advisors to allocate various crypto strategies through the Eaglebrook platform. This collaboration now allows these professionals to have regulated access to cryptocurrencies through Anchorage, a bank chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Both companies stated on Wednesday that Anchorage meets the definition of a ""Qualified Custodian"" set out by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a term proposed in a February regulatory proposal to ""entrust such entities with the custody of customer assets."" This partnership enables firms like Franklin Templeton, Ark Invest, and others to launch their SMA strategies on Anchorage Digital."
