"Like me, most gambling enthusiasts usually join several gambling groups from various countries, and of course, they're not just members of one forum. I find it strange how active they are at night! There are so many people gambling at night, and the groups are always bustling with activity. I wonder, don't these people have to work during the day? They work so hard during the day and still have so much energy at night? Can their bodies really handle it? When I see these people, I can only admire them from afar.

I remember back in the day when I was young, I used to stay up late playing video games until 5 or 6 in the morning. I would eat instant noodles and drink cola, living the so-called ""cola joy."" But now, I dare not drink cola like that anymore because it's really high in sugar. I used to drink a whole bottle of cola in a day, taking big sips. Glug, glug... Ah. But those days are long gone! Nowadays, I have the desire to stay up late, but I don't have the stamina for it. The late-night lifestyle is slowly but surely leaving me, and my once beloved cola has been replaced with a thermos full of wolfberries. The KFC I used to enjoy is now a meal with less oil and salt. I no longer live in fear of having a stroke at any moment. So many young people are having strokes, and I genuinely worry that one day my blood pressure will suddenly spike when I'm not paying attention.

To those who enjoy staying up late to watch sports at night, you are truly resourceful. I know you might be thinking, ""What's the big deal about staying up late? We can make up for it during the day. If we don't get enough sleep, we can catch up later, right?"" Lack of sleep isn't scary, and even if you're up all night for gambling or any other reason, what's the problem? I can't stay up late anymore, and staying up all night feels like it ages me by ten years. Whether it's for gambling or some other reason, we are gambling with our lives. Life is precious, and apart from life and death, everything else is a minor issue. Some things are simply not worth the time, and we can still gamble in this digital age. So, treasure every moment of your life."

Sometimes, it's okay to stay up late and gamble when you're in the mood.

I definitely won't do that anymore. Because there's plenty of time during the day.

I don't stay up late anymore. In order to gamble for a long time, it's necessary to take care of your health.
