"Baccarat, in simple terms, is a game of betting on either the ""Banker"" or the ""Player."" Bets can be placed at any time, and players standing near the table can also freely bet. Baccarat involves two sides, the ""Banker"" and the ""Player,"" where the one with a total point value closest to 9 wins the chips. Both sides receive at least two cards, but the total cannot exceed three cards. Baccarat is played with eight decks of cards. The first and third cards are dealt to the Player, and the second and fourth cards are dealt to the Banker. Here are the point values for card faces: 2 to 9 are worth their face value, K, Q, J, or 10 are worth 0 points, and A is worth 1 point. In case of necessity, a third card may be dealt to both sides according to specific rules listed below. The side with the total point value closest to 9 wins. The winner receives the same amount as their original bet.

After the first two cards are dealt, if additional cards are needed, the card-drawing rules will determine which side receives an extra card. Here are the card-drawing rules:

※ If both the Banker and Player (first two cards) have a total of 6 or 7 points, the outcome is determined (if both have 6 or 7, it's a tie). ※ Banker's card-drawing remark: ""Player's third card"" refers to the face of the Player's third card, not the total of three cards.
