No one can fulfill what Hardik brings to the table. He can bowl ten overs and also can stabilize the batting and accelerate in the last over of the innings. India will have to make the call very safely.

I think India will play Shami in place of Hardik. Shami can bring what Hardik brings as a bowler but we will be one batter short. So, the batters will have to play a lot safely. India should bowl first.
