Jinding Local Card Counting, especially the 'Sage Road Method,' is an unconventional card counting technique that differs from the traditional principle of favoring the banker with high cards and the player with low cards. In this method, when encountering high cards, you bet on the player, and when dealing with low cards, you bet on the banker. Jinding Local Card Counting offers several approaches, with the most effective and practical one being the 'Sage Road Method.'

The Jinding Local Card Counting system classifies cards into three groups:

1. Neutral Cards (A, 6, 7)
2. Positive Cards (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
3. Negative Cards (8, 9, 10, J, Q, K)

The 'Sage Road' is a betting strategy that advises whether to bet on the banker or the player based on the number of negative cards in a given round, regardless of whether it's a 4-card, 5-card, or 6-card determining round. Here are the rules for the Jinding Local Card Counting:

1. If the total number of negative cards is 3, 4, 5, or 6, the next round should bet on the player.
2. If the total number of negative cards is 0, 1, or 2, the next round should bet on the banker.

For example, if the total number of negative cards is 2, but the round is decided with 4 cards, you should still bet on the player in the next round. In essence, by observing one round and calculating the count of negative cards, you can determine which side to bet on in the following round.
