SBF returned to court for questioning, facing prosecutor Danielle Sassoon's inquiries. Danielle Sassoon attempted to emphasize the evidence of FTX and SBF assuring investors of the platform's safety. SBF frequently responded with "I'm not sure" and did not provide direct answers to the questions. According to Bloomberg court reporter Bob Van Voris, SBF said "I'm not sure" 99 times.

Furthermore, SBF stated that he did not recall ever telling the Bahamian Prime Minister that FTX would repay the country's $11.6 billion debt.
