According to this legislation, only approved companies that have contracts with betting intermediaries and engage in credit activities within entertainment venues can obtain credit qualifications. Chen Zewu also mentioned that the committee is concerned about the scrutiny and supervision of banks for account opening and deposit funds by betting intermediaries, as well as whether these intermediaries would require relevant licenses after obtaining approval under the new legislation.
The legislation governing gambling is expected to be passed within this year and implemented from January 1 of the following year. |
