Today, I want to talk about the techniques in baccarat that can lead to consistent wins. Many of you may find yourselves struggling to achieve stable profits in real games. Over a decade ago, when I first started playing, I managed to secure small wins, often winning tens to hundreds of dollars for no apparent reason. However, my bankroll would reset repeatedly, and I'd have to start over. Back then, I didn't understand concepts like reading the roadmaps, let alone the terminology like the third road or hit rate we have today.

Later, I embarked on a journey to acquire professional knowledge, such as reading roadmaps, finding suitable card patterns, and aiming for a hit rate. I'll explain these professional concepts in detail when we have more time. Today, I'd like to address why many struggle to achieve consistent wins.

1. Red and Blue Marking Rules for the Third Road

Start by learning the Big Eye Road, as understanding the Small Road and Cockroach Road becomes much easier once you've mastered the Big Eye Road. The Big Eye Road has two types of markings: Road Head and Road Middle.

   - Road Head: The first circle in each column at the start of the Big Road.
   - Road Middle: All circles in a column that are not the Road Head.

The rules for marking red and blue circles are as follows:
   - Write red when there is a pair.
   - Write blue when there is no pair.
   - Write red for consecutive columns with no pairs (Long Banker or Long Player).
   - Write blue for jumping columns with no pairs (Jump Banker or Jump Player).
   - Write red for consecutive columns with a pair and a jump foot (Long Banker or Long Player).
   - Write blue for jumping columns with a pair and a jump foot (Jump Banker or Jump Player).

The Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road share the same red and blue marking method; you simply apply the rules to your specific column number.

In my opinion, learning to record multiple roads for reference is a crucial gambling skill, and one should not underestimate its significance. I've shared my understanding of these Third Road variations, which were developed by three gambling enthusiasts to complement each other's knowledge and provide a comprehensive reference. I strongly recommend learning the Third Road if you plan to engage in gambling. I believe it plays a crucial role in the outcome of the game.

I suggest focusing on four common patterns: Short Road, Single Side, Pong Pong Lien (Consecutive Pairs), and Single Brawl. These patterns are frequently encountered, and their overall trends are quite clear. They either favor consecutive trends or jumping trends. For beginners, they provide an excellent starting point for understanding the game.
