I believe that everyone is closely following Manchester United's recent situation. There have been rumors about the possible dismissal of Manchester United's manager, Ten Hag. Recently, former Premier League midfielder Harman expressed his views on the current situation at Manchester United and the potential changes in the managerial position during an interview with BoyleSports. He mentioned a potential replacement for the Manchester United manager.

Harman believes that the most pressing issue for Manchester United right now is the need to strengthen the squad in various positions, and this is not something Ten Hag can easily solve. He pointed out that the team's performance will also depend on the players they bring in. Regarding the selection of a new manager, Harman mentioned some key factors. Firstly, he emphasized that a top coach like Nagelsmann may not readily agree to move to Manchester United because it would require at least three to five years to build a strong team. He believes that winning the Premier League title might take longer, but once a new coach takes charge and invests in the team, external expectations for the team will inevitably rise.

Furthermore, Harman also addressed the issue of the new manager's salary. He believes that, although Nagelsmann has shown promise and excellence in coaching at Bayern Munich, it remains to be seen whether he can successfully take over Manchester United and lead the team to achieve results, especially since Nagelsmann has not yet achieved success in the Champions League. He emphasized that any new manager needs to receive sufficient support in the initial two to three seasons.

Despite Manchester United's recent turmoil, Harman believes that Nagelsmann would be a good choice. He thinks that the club should not settle for a mediocre choice just to retain the head coach but should give a talented coach an opportunity to showcase their abilities. Harman's interview has sparked widespread discussion, with some agreeing with his recommendations and others expressing doubts. His words are clear, and he provides an analysis of Manchester United's current problems and recommends Nagelsmann as a promising coach for Manchester United.

I believe that many sports enthusiasts on this forum are eager to share their opinions. What are your thoughts on Harman's suggestion of Nagelsmann as a potential choice? Do you think Nagelsmann is a suitable candidate for the role of Manchester United's manager?

Probably not in the short term. Manchester United has a multitude of issues, and even if they change the coach, the problems are likely to persist. Ten Hag can at least maintain some control for now. Bringing in a new coach might not sit well with the troublemakers. The key is to reorganize the team as a whole.

I've been hearing a lot lately that it seems like Ten Hag might be getting fired, but I don't know if it's accurate.

If conditions permit, I believe it would be better to have Sir Alex back in charge.

Nagelsmann is arguably the most outstanding coach among those born in the 1980s. At just 36 years old, he could indeed be a suitable candidate for the role of Manchester United coach. However, the question remains whether the German Football Association (DFB) would be willing to let him go.

Having recently taken on the position of head coach for the German national team, Nagelsmann is set to face a significant challenge in the upcoming European Championship next year. Unless offered exceptionally favorable terms, it seems unnecessary for him to wade into the uncertain waters of managing Manchester United at this point.

Well, it seems like Liverpool legend Hamann is just trying to grab some attention these days. Even Ten Hag hasn't been let go yet, and he's already discussing the next head coach. I believe it's almost certain that Ten Hag will be sacked, but let's see when that happens. Nagelsmann, also known as 'Nag-Hi,' is a good coach, even though he was inexplicably fired by Bayern Munich. It's not a reflection of his coaching abilities.
