Analyst: Global X Submits Revised Prospectus for Bitcoin Spot ETF Offering.

On November 15th, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on social media that Global X has submitted a revised prospectus for its Bitcoin spot ETF offering. Earlier, on August 5th, official documents indicated that index fund giant Global X had submitted an application for a listed spot Bitcoin ETF product on that Friday. It also designated Coinbase as its monitoring shared protocol partner to obtain regulatory approval.
