Fhenix has released its whitepaper on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) Rollups. FHE is a more scalable technology used for executing arbitrary confidential smart contracts, enhancing privacy on networks like Ethereum. These Rollups enable secure on-chain transactions and private applications, allowing developers to build confidential second-layer networks while maintaining compatibility with Ethereum. Guy Zyskind, the founder of Fhenix, stated, "We will have a fully spec'd Fhenix L2 mainnet, and we are working to be the encrypted Rollups stack that builders can use to create their own networks." As previously reported by Jinse Finance, Fhenix completed a $7 million funding round in September. |
