On November 18th, Finance Associated Press reported,

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) once again postponed its decision on whether to approve the first Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) for direct investment in Bitcoin. The issuers whose applications were delayed on November 17th are Franklin and Globe X. Previously, several issuers' applications for spot Bitcoin ETFs had already been postponed.
