These four customers have been placed on the exclusion list and are prohibited from making any bets at casinos in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) is the regulatory body overseeing the gambling industry in the state of Pennsylvania. Its primary responsibilities include supervising the gaming industry and enforcing related regulations. The PGCB regulates online casino gaming operations, as well as overseeing gambling activities such as sports betting, video gaming terminals, and physical casinos in Pennsylvania.

The PGCB issued a statement this Wednesday, announcing the imposition of bans on four adults based on applications from the advisory office. These individuals are suspected of involving six minors in gambling activities. The bans stipulate that adults are not allowed to leave minors alone in hotels, parking lots, or other areas near Pennsylvania casinos.

In the country, such behavior can lead to criminal charges. Moreover, if adults are found leaving minors alone, they are added to the involuntary exclusion list. In other words, these adults are prohibited from gambling at casinos throughout the state.

The gambling regulatory authority provided detailed descriptions of these incidents:

A female visitor left a 10-year-old and a 13-year-old alone in a car in the parking lot while she participated in slot machine games at the casino, leaving the children unattended for 24 minutes.

Another female customer was banned from entering the Mohegan Pennsylvania casino for leaving a 13-year-old child alone on the casino skywalk for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, a visitor gambling on a slot machine was also banned from entry.

A male customer in a Pittsburgh casino was banned from leaving because he brought two children under the age of 18 into the casino for 6 and 8 minutes, leaving them alone in the car. The man was gambling on slot machines during this time.

Finally, another male customer left a 1-year-old child alone in a locked car at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in Pennsylvania, resulting in the man being placed on the involuntary exclusion list. When law enforcement arrived, they rescued the baby from the car. The man attempted to flee but was detained, and illegal drugs were found at the scene. In addition to being banned from entering the casino, he was also arrested.

In addition to these four exclusions, the PGCB also announced a $40,000 fine against Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course for violations related to individuals under the age of 21 found to have committed three or more offenses while gambling in the gaming hall.

Where would parents be so inattentive to their children? This behavior is very dangerous; a little carelessness could lead to serious consequences.
