Regarding Powell's recent remarks, there have been strong rebuttals from many cryptocurrency supporters on Twitter. Notably, popular podcast host Marty Bent expressed that measures such as "injecting a large amount of funds into the market," which can lead to inflation, are challenging to achieve with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC). He wrote, "We print dollars digitally." Here, "we" refers to the five individuals who vote on changes to the monetary policy within the Federal Reserve System during the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meetings. Changing the U.S. monetary policy only requires the agreement of a mere 5 people out of the 330 million population. In reality, injecting funds using Bitcoin is comparatively more challenging. This is worth reflecting upon.
