Some people have a personality trait of worrying every day, living in a constant state of anxiety, which can be exhausting. However, in reality, each one of us, to some extent, has a tendency to worry, right? Have you noticed that many modern urban dwellers, especially, often fall into a state of anxiety, worrying about this and that, especially about seemingly unpredictable events?

Firstly, we must acknowledge that life is like a big drama, and no one can predict its plot. Remember those movies we watched as children? The protagonists always faced unexpected situations but ultimately found a way out. So why can't we approach real-life situations the same way? Whenever we encounter minor issues, there's no need to stress ourselves out unnecessarily.

Now, let's talk about those "unpredictable" things. Yes, indeed, there are some things that we can't see or touch, but that's precisely the joy of life. If we could know the outcome of every situation in advance, wouldn't life be too boring? It's like watching a football match—if we knew which team would win, what would be the point of watching? The unknown factors make life exciting and full of surprises.

Of course, I understand that worrying is a natural human tendency at times. However, we shouldn't let it become the main theme of our lives, right? After each bout of worry, many things aren't as bad as we imagine; in fact, they might even turn out better than we expected. So, the next time you feel this way, tell yourself loudly, "It's okay; everything will be fine!"

Ultimately, everyone wants to live a happy and joyful life. Those days of constant worry are, in fact, a trap we set for ourselves. Think about it: when you truly face those so-called "unpredictable" situations, they often aren't as frightening as we perceive. The key is to learn to adjust our mindset, face things positively, and not just avoid or worry endlessly.

Yes, it's true. There's really no need for it.

No one can predict what will happen, so don't worry too much. Just seize the present moment.
