Manchester United's facilities have long been subpar, especially compared to other top clubs. The iconic 'waterfall' at Old Trafford, caused by years of neglect, is a visible result of the lack of renovations. With the arrival of the new owner, not only the stadium but all of Manchester United's facilities are set for a major overhaul.

One of the stands at Old Trafford forms a waterfall-like scene on rainy days due to the roof leakage caused by the lack of maintenance over the years. Despite the club's fame and revenue, the previous management's inaction allowed this situation to persist. The Old Trafford stadium is one of the largest in the Premier League, and the fans have long been angry at the previous management's negligence.

Fortunately, with the arrival of Manchester United's new owner, Sir Radcliffe, this issue is finally being addressed. Sir Radcliffe has committed £245 million to improve and develop the infrastructure at Old Trafford and Carrington Training Centre. Repairing the roof leakage issue is a top priority for him, offering hope to Manchester United fans to see a stadium that matches their club's stature.

However, Manchester United's equipment issues have been a persistent problem. Even Cristiano Ronaldo, upon his return after a decade, expressed surprise at the lack of changes in the training facilities, stating that they had not improved but had only aged. This emphasizes the organizational chaos and substandard infrastructure as contributing factors to the club's decline over the years.

After renovating the stadium, there should be a significant impact. There might be a substantial increase in fans, as the new year brings a fresh atmosphere with the revamped stadium and potential new tactics from the players. So, as long as there is funding, things should go smoothly. Looking forward to Manchester United bringing us more surprises in the future.

Manchester United has always been the most unique landscape in the Premier League over the years. I hope Manchester United can continue to be like this – it's the collective wish of the other 21 teams. For non-Manchester United fans, without such a team, how much joy would be lost.

Manchester United is really extravagant. With so much money, they don't invest in renovations and maintenance. It seems like all the money is going into someone else's pockets. In reality, one should be wise and moderate when it comes to spending. This way, they're only provoking public anger.

Manchester United is one of the few clubs with profitability, but the money over the past decade has mostly gone towards repaying debts to the Glazers. At the time of acquisition, a significant portion of the funds relied on loans. Given the unfortunate ownership situation, maintaining stability for this long can be considered commendable.

I hope this time the boss of Manchester United not only focuses on surface issues but also addresses the internal problems of the team, as the most crucial aspect of a team is its performance.
