Life doesn't have the best age; it has the best mindset. We can't compete with time, nor can we outrun it. In life, we must learn to reconcile with ourselves, see through some things, let go of others, love our family wholeheartedly, and reserve a portion for ourselves. In the second half of life, be kind to oneself—no anger, no seeking approval, no punishing oneself for others' mistakes. Smile lightly, love gently, walk steadily, be indifferent to gains and losses, cherish what we have, and not disappoint ourselves or time.
In the latter part of life, learn to be indifferent, be calm without striving, go with the flow, and don't always worry about what others think. Otherwise, you'll tire yourself out. Walk your own path, do your own things, manage your own affairs. In the second half of life, it's about health and mindset.
Life is like a dream, full of joys and sorrows, separations and reunions, always accompanying us like a shadow. Whether it's laughter or pain, it's all part of life's inevitable scenery. Gain and loss, don't dwell too much on them. Happiness and joy, don't force them too much.
Reality often leaves us helpless and powerless. Many times, we need not only perseverance but also the ability to advance and retreat freely in the complexities of the world.
