"Formerly, Durant and the Warriors can be described as a match made in heaven. The partnership between Curry and Durant was virtually unbeatable, and many basketball fans, myself included, loved that Warriors team. However, nothing lasts forever, and Durant later chose to leave the Warriors in search of new challenges.

We all know that after leaving the Warriors, Durant never reached the same peak in the NBA, leading some to speculate whether he regrets his decision to leave Golden State. But what's the truth behind it?

Last summer, there were some speculations that Durant regretted leaving the Warriors, especially after the Warriors won their fourth championship in eight years in the previous season, while Durant's Nets were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. So, there were questions about whether Durant regretted leaving the Warriors. Durant, however, provided a straightforward response to these speculations. He granted an interview to Fox Sports reporter Melissa Rohlin and stated that he has no regrets about leaving the Warriors or any decision he has made.

In response to these claims, Durant said, 'I definitely don't have any regrets. I never look back and say, 'I should have did this, I should have did that.' Every moment I've spent in this league, I've cherished it.' He continued, 'Because I feel like I've given 110 percent when I step on the court. So, no matter what happens, win or lose, I can live with it. I'll never sit back and say I should have done something different. I think we could go 82-0, and I'd still think I should have made a better pass in the third quarter. That's just the way I am as a player.'

As a Warriors fan, I've always had mixed feelings about Durant's decision to leave the team. On one hand, he's a top-tier player, but his choices in terms of teams have been criticized for a perceived lack of loyalty and commitment. His move to the Warriors, abandoning his former team to join the team that had just beaten them, drew a lot of criticism. On the other hand, some see it as him pursuing his basketball dreams and choosing the path that was best for him to achieve success. So, who's to say what's right or wrong in this situation?"

We must keep looking forward; regret won't change anything.

If Durant had ambitions, he was definitely going to leave the Warriors. When he left the Thunder to join the Warriors, he faced criticism and backlash from all directions. People were saying all sorts of things, like he joined because he couldn't beat them. It can be said that if a player had poor mental resilience, they would have felt depressed.

No need to regret. As long as you're a diamond, you can shine wherever you go.

They are all adults, and Durant certainly must have thought it over carefully.
