On January 17th, LeBron James, the forward for the Los Angeles Lakers, updated his Instagram Story, retweeting a set of his defensive statistics.
According to the statistics from data media StatMamba, among players who have defended at least 250 shots this season, James has limited opponents' shooting percentage to 40.7%, the lowest in the league. Opponents' shooting percentage decreases by 7.2% when defended by James compared to their expected shooting percentage.
