The winner of the $760 million Powerball jackpot in the United States shows up to claim the prize: No chance you can borrow money from me.
A 24-year-old man from Wisconsin, USA, claimed the third-largest Powerball lottery jackpot in U.S. history, with a total prize of $768.4 million. He chose to receive a one-time payment of $477 million, and after federal and state taxes, he will receive approximately $326 million. The fortunate winner, named Manuel Franco, expressed that he almost went crazy when he confirmed his winning numbers. "I looked back at the other three numbers, and they all matched. My heart started racing, and my blood started boiling. I started screaming."

Franco, speaking at a news conference organized by Wisconsin lottery officials, declined to reveal too much information about himself. He mentioned that he resigned from his job the day after learning about his win, as he couldn't continue working. He stated that he would take a lump-sum payment and intends to make some charitable donations. He also claimed to be prepared to say no to people who ask him for money, "I'm ready, I know how to say no."

Franco added that he plans to buy some nice things with the winnings but won't be extravagant. Unlike some other jackpot winners who ended up bankrupt, he emphasized, My plan is to live as normal a life as possible.

I think he should first hire a financial advisor and not squander everything by himself.
