Frustration, my mind is filled with endless frustration. I've been writing this article since morning, but when I face the computer, I just stare at the screen and can't continue. Even though I have countless thoughts in my head about evaluating the Arsenal vs. Manchester United match on September 3rd. But Manchester United's loss really hit my enthusiasm hard. Today, I couldn't even focus on my work, and when my colleagues saw me, they asked what was wrong. I could only shake my head and say it's just some small things, but losing a game, especially against a long-time rival, really makes my mood worse. But the loss is one thing; what really broke my spirit was the news about Manchester United this morning.

I've mentioned before that team stability is one of the prerequisites for a team to achieve good results. As a Cristiano Ronaldo fan, I knew that when there was a public conflict between Cristiano Ronaldo and Ten Hag last season, only one of them could stay. And indeed, after Cristiano Ronaldo left, Manchester United's performance improved significantly. They finished third in the league and won the League Cup, ending their trophy drought. I thought that this season, they would build on the foundation of last season's squad, make some adjustments, and aim for even higher achievements. But who would have thought that less than a month into the new season, Manchester United's dressing room would be in turmoil once again? How can they expect to achieve success under these circumstances?

Here's the situation: Ten Hag publicly criticized a player named Sancho after the match against Manchester United, saying he was left out of the squad because of poor training performances. This statement immediately prompted a direct response from Sancho, who posted on social media, stating that Ten Hag's comments were not true. He said he had been made a scapegoat for too long, and he's had enough, not wanting to bear unnecessary accusations anymore. After Sancho's post, things escalated, and now Ten Hag has to deal with player conflicts just like last season.

What's bothering me is that I genuinely support Ten Hag, but there are certain aspects of his approach that I strongly disagree with. For example, he often criticizes players' performances in public and, in the event of a loss, tends to shift blame onto the players, saying they didn't play according to his instructions. While some may interpret this as a form of tough love, people have their pride, and repeatedly doing this in public takes away from the players' self-respect. Now, with the Sancho incident, I think it's important to note that such actions should be reserved for times when the team is at a winning point. But Manchester United has already suffered two away losses, and Ten Hag coming out with such statements, without results to back it up, only creates more issues. Especially now, with the international break coming up, the club is set for a two-week hiatus, and the Sancho situation will continue to simmer, and the shadow of defeat will loom over Manchester United. It's really tough, and no one knows how far this situation will escalate.

I still hope that this issue can be resolved amicably, with both parties finding common ground. I still support Ten Hag, but I hope he changes his approach to criticizing players. If the team wants stable results, a stable dressing room is absolutely crucial. Public criticism should be replaced with private discussions behind closed doors. I genuinely want to see Manchester United rise again and reclaim their past glory.

Stabilizing team morale is indeed challenging and not something that can be achieved simply by saying it.
