Veteran cricketer and former test team skipper speaks raises the concern why Cheteshwar pujara is not getting chances to play in test ,he told right from one and half years Pujara is not part of team however he performed exceptionally well in domestic cricket,however selectors are ignoring him and giving chances to Shubhman Gill , who is not performing well in longest format of cricket . In last 11 iningings he did not score any half century his best score was 36 runs in test against England he manged to score to 23 runs, Kumble questioned Why after lots of failure Shubhman is getting chances constantly Talking with jio cinema he said "Gil has the security of not being dropped from the team, which Cheteshwar Pujara did not have even though he played more than 100 Tests. He said, ‘I keep talking about Pujara because he used to come at number three until some time ago. Pujara played the World Test Championship final and since then Shubman Gill has been coming at number three" However speaking about Gill ,Kumble said Gill is young and very talented batsman but playing at no.3 in test cricket is diffrent thing he also added that he needs to work on his mental strength as well as need to polish his cricketing skills and technique . It's seems that player like Pujara ,Rahane's era is come to end selectors are not going to give them chance anymore
